Steve Richards, Chief Financial Officer

Steve has more than 13 years experience in finance, administration and cost management. Most recently, he was with Wholesome and Hearty Foods Company, an International food manufacturer and marketer, where he was Corporate Controller. In this position, he had responsibility of the financial functions of this $55 million dollar that was acquired by Kellogg in November 2007. Prior to that, he was the Controller of BrandLogic, a branded apparel company located in Newport Beach, where Steve was responsible for supervising all the operational aspects of the company to include Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain and Logistics, Customer Service and Human Resources. Steve maintains specialized expertise in cost and internal controls, forecasting, and oversight of the I.T. and human resources functions and has worked as an auditor, a controller and an accounting manager. He has a B.A. in Business Administration from CSU Fresno.
